Privacy at Risen Archive.
We collect the information needed to run the website, deliver orders and memberships, maintain your account, and communicate with you.
Information you provide
This can include your name, email address, mailing address, account information, contact-form messages, and information you provide when joining the Mail Club or placing an order.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Risen Archive does not store your full card number. Stripe receives and processes the payment information required to complete purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide the customer billing portal.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, fulfill and mail orders, administer subscriptions, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, publish requested email updates, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is being used.
Service providers
Risen Archive relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, payments, email delivery, and site infrastructure. They may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf.
Transactional emails may be sent for account, purchase, subscription, and migration activity. If you separately join a comic or marketing email list, you can unsubscribe using the link provided in those messages.
