Rain and Storm
Storms rarely feel good when we’re in them. We just want the rain to stop and the skies to clear. But sometimes the seasons we struggle through the most are the ones that grow us the most. What feels like a storm might actually be watering something God is growing in us. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” — James 1:2–3 Are you in a storm right now? What might God be growing through it? Follow for more hand-drawn faith stories. “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” — James 1:2-4 ESV Are you in a storm right now? What is it growing?
