Waiting for the Bus — Risen Archive comic no. 012, all panels

Sometimes life feels like everyone else is catching their bus while you’re still waiting at the stop. Friends land dream jobs. Friends get married. Friends get promoted. And you start wondering if you missed your ride. But maybe life isn’t public transit. Maybe it’s more like an Uber ride. It may seem like everyone else is on a bus with the same route and schedule, but God is writing a personal journey for you—one with its own timing and destination. Are you trusting God’s timing, or comparing your ride to everyone else’s? “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11 ESV Are you waiting for a public transit, or for your Uber?
